The mobile pick up and return process is so long. Also the truck was parked on the street, there was a big dumpster on the side street, therefore I could not get a picture of the side of the truck.

Felipe SI was told the pickup will be at different location. When I came to that location I was told to go to 2nd location. I lost half-afternoon driving to that and from that 2nd location. The 2nd pickup location was at some autobody shop and the office was below any standards. The service was OK but the place looked bad. They looked surprised when I walked in.
Darko BI booked a vehicle on 23 Jun 12am, and the counter was closed. It took me a half hour to call CS to find out the key. Even when I tried to return my car, the GPS location kept saying I was in the wrong place and wanted to charge me an extra fee for the return. It took me another half hour to call CS to return my vehicle. It delayed my plan for a whole day.
Yiu WThe truck was very dirty inside with garbage! The process to do the mobile pick up was very slow and we ended up paying extra for returning the truck late.

SCOTT BReceived the final bill for my one day pickup truck rental. Upon review, I was incorrectly charged for 5 items. 1) charged the wrong per km rate than what was quoted on the original reservation 2) charged a cleaning fee when at pick up, I clearly noted the equipment was dirty and dusty on the app with picture attached 3) charged for extra fuel when truck was returned with the same amount of fuel at pick up 4) charged an extra km than when returned 5) charged an extra day of rental. Luckily I took pictures of everything at pick up and at return, and the app had a record of when I actually returned the truck. When I noticed the discrepancies, I emailed the details and supporting pictures to the link provided on the rental receipt email. Waited 2 days with no response. I had to call customer service. After spending over 30 minutes on the phone (where the CSR was helpful), I was issued credits for all the discrepancies. I am not sure how the billing can be this wrong?? I definitely would not use this service again.

LOMBOY EThe man who gave the keys, was not friendly had a bit of an attitude made it seem like it was a chore. I also had to tell him let’s do a walk around the truck for damage. When I returned the vehicle, he saw me and said did you return it online… I said no and he groaned; thinking I gotta do more work. I would not recommend this location to anyone. Messy office. However the truck and U haul itself is great… but I would extricate myself from A1 auto collision, he doesn’t seem interested in dealing with customers.
ADRIAN DCab floor needed to be swept out. Seats were fine I swept the pickup bed - dirt, nail, screw and pen left in it when picked up Body was very clean.

Kam wUnder "Location" I said "above average" rather than excellent only because the street parking available is not great. I was able to find a spot to stash my regular car while I rented the truck, but that parking spot may not always be available for others. Other than this small aspect of the rental, it was an efficient and great experience. The vehicle was near-new (~5700 km) and worked very well. The staff were extremely helpful and likely would have found a spot for my car somewhere!

Hung CPlease stop overbilling people and rip them of their hard earned money . This is the worst rental experience even after booking for a U haul online. We had to wait at pick up center The guy there was so arrogant and he did another billing wasting our time he went as far as getting my Credit card from you saying that he needs the details to enter them himself and it was only later I had realised that it was to scam an extra 96 dollars from my account . Please do not rent from here better go for enterprise truck rental or anything other than U haul or a truck pick up from this location.
GOWTHAM TI went through the whole sign in process on line and was still required to go in and have them verify my drivers license, etc. They were very good but it did take them a while as I was an out of province renter. I didn't understand what was the benefit of all my uploads when I booked the truck in the first place.
Tracey CFront desk was very rude. According to him, I was not allowed to drive, and he haven’t done anything to try solve the problem. After almost 1h, of him doing nothing and me trying to reach phone assistant (that also wasn’t helpful at all), he realized that the only problem was the requirement of 2 contact information.
Giovanni AI had and have an issue and was told I would be contacted by a District Manager by phone. The woman from uhaul, Deb, was courteous when I told her of my problem, she said to save further specifics for the stated phone call from the D.M. Mr. Michael Cheng contacted me by email and he was not prepared to hear my issue or reasons. He did not at any time even inquire about “why” I had a concern. I have a Ltd company in Vancouver Canada, I am the President, the amount of energy and time Mr. Cheng put into my issue has left me extreme dissatisfied. I have had nothing but good experiences with your company, but for this occasion. I am left little choice, I will pursue all options to a) establish someone who represents uhaul to “hear my complaint” b) find a satisfactory conclusion.
