The u-haul is parked away from the location and the key can be accessed like some treasure hunt. We were 15 minutes late but we left an hour after the reservation time because of the wait for the padlock code and the distance of the parked truck. The person working in the location just told us to scan the qr code to do everything ourselves on the app then ended up with "oops forgot the keys were on me" once the locked container was opened and found empty. Not to mention the required photoshoot of the truck before departure. It was not practical nor respectful of our time.
Tara Dextremely dirty and smelly
Dichong SIn person check in option made use download and start using the app at this location. It took over an hour to check in and half to check out due to the way it was set up (keys at location and the truck a block away asking for so many images). It had a dent on the hood that was inconveniently covered by parking nose and not able to get pictures while check in. Staff was barely helpful. It would be better to have this at another business that can give better customer experience.
Prithvi RI think the U-haul is very good, and the web and service are excellent. But 1, the site service is unprofessionall, 2, gas is too low so that I have to fill gas before use, 3, car is dirty.
