David NThe truck was unclean and the alignment was severely off and the drivers side door would not close completely leading to a lot of wind noise when driving on the highway. The interior of the truck, the office, and the furniture blankets all reeked of cigarette smoke.
Liam SWe were about an hour late on the scheduled pick up. The attendant advised us that usually the reservation was kicked out after the alloted time. We were unaware of this so maybe include this when reservations are made? If it is in the paper work them I am guilty of not knowing. Thanks.
Allen SI rented this Uhaul with the gas tank on empty. I was told I had to bring back the truck on a quarter thank or I’ll be charge $35 dollars.I said to the attendant I taught if I rent a vehicle on Empty that is how I supposed to return that vehicle he said No. they want it back on a Quarter thank. Then I read my contract it said bring back the vehicle in the same way it was rented.
JUNE MJust a miss communication 😪 That why they have the rating at this location 😕.

Denise HWhen I got the U-Haul truck it had dryer up animal feces and urine in the back of the truck, when I called to inform the man about it all he said is that I wasn't going to be charged for it. I informed him why would I be charged for something that was in truck when I pick up. He was really rude and didn't even try to resolve the issue, or offer to clean the truck, nor did he offer to to exchange the truck, I had to clean the truck myself before even using the truck for my move. I was really upset that he didn't try to fix the situation and I had to clean up behind someone else pet. It I could rate this a 0-star I would.

TONY SThe back of the truck smelled like weed quite a bit. I had to spray febreeze quite a bit just to put my stuff in it so it wouldn’t smell either. Febreeze only lasts so long with that kind of stuff. I would still rent there again but that is something that needs to improve.

KARL MThe facility needs to be cleaned up , to help with its image. The street view is terrible. This location didn’t have any of the items that we requested, so we had to go to the Dogwood location . Next time , I’ll either rent from the UHaul Dogwood location or an entirely different company.

Pamela KThey have cats laying around in the checking area. Completely disgusting and the owners were smoking outside when you pull up. I am so glad I didn't get sick because this would've been a letter to corporate. However this is obviously common behavior and you are probably already aware. The truck had greasy seats and dash. I got the job done and the truck needs transmission maintenance.

Debra WFirst, the brakes need to be checked. Second I felt like they did not village me right. The weekends are 99 cents a mile. The week days are 79 cents a mile . I had the truck for I think 11 days and 207 miles so it adds up. They billed me 99 cents a mile for all of the time I rented it which I thought was unfair . Please check it. Thankyou
Lisa MThe guy at the front desk was nice but the place is not the best. There are cats that great you at the door so if allergic this isn’t the place for you or just don’t like animals. The truck where do I start - the gas needle was incorrect (significantly much less than what was shown to me on the paper, the truck has this old unkept smell and there were a few spider webs inside. I think sharing…please check the mileage and gas before you drive off is a very important piece to share with all customers. I took an L on the gas b/c by the time I noticed it I was n the truck and up the road by 5 mins. I will not use this location again.
Maresha Sslow them down as they shove you out the door very confusing on delivery time, no one told me i had set time to drop off they did say day, and your sneaky small print can really read.... wasn't made clear that i could drop off.

Mike MThe truck was filthy! It smelled like animals and had dirt, twigs and bugs in it! I had to use Clorax wipes in it. It needs a good cleaning!! The gas tank was not full yet I was asked to return it full... I was told I would get a credit but I did not.
Saudia MI rented the van for 24 hrs. I am being charged for 5 days. I have call and only got a answering service and no reply back. So you tell me how you can improve you service. So if the van is sitting there on your property with the keys in the Return box you tell me what you can do to improve! You can start by refunding my $$$!
