Had 10 foot truck reserved, wasn't available. Had to deal with a kiosk. Luckily the woman was a real person and helpful. Had to drive further than I wanted to to get a 15 foot truck as an alternative.. Dude was there, Shannon I think was his name was awesome. So mixed results, people were cool, reservations/availability sucked. I'd rather take a beating than move, but at least I was able to get it done that day.

Ovverall good experience …
SHELLEY RI reserved supplies for my rental. They didnt have all the blankets or appliance dolly. We had to go to another UHaul location (Dogwood Rd) and they didnt have the appliance dolly.
