This location is not very responsive. All of my communications had to be done through the 800 number for U-haul. The rental van ran great and it was s smooth drive. However, it was not cleaned prior to our use. With Covid19 protocols in place, I would have liked the cab to have been wiped down (it was not extremely dirty, just not sanitized). I could tell the steering wheel or items a driver must touch were not vindicated. So by answering "no" to equipment clean and well maintained is only referring to the cab of the van and not the rear.INDIA W.

My experience far exceeded my expectations. From beginning to end there was communication. The reservation process was easy. Once the reservation was complete, I got a phone call from the location letting me know the dolly I requested was not available but they would try and locate one prior to my arrival. Everything worked out fine. The young lady (I asked her name but didn't write it down) in the office was so helpful. She was very friendly and pleasant. You changed my rental location the day before the pickup and they didn't have the hand truck I was renting so I had to go to another location to pick it up. The staff though was exceptional and very helpful with the equipment they did have.Christopher K.
The staff were very pleasant and the customer service was excellent. . The unit was a bit dirty and had soft drink residue in the cup holders. Ants had invaded the unit and came out of the dash during the trip. The units were back up to trees. I would recommend trimming the trees back so they do not touch the uhaul trucks.George G.

This was an inconvenience and did not give me confidence that the equipment was inspected or maintained prior to rental. I had requested a furniture dolly as part of the order. This was not provided. Uhaul changed the time and location without any alternative or incentive, AFTER confirming my reservation. This location change cost me an additional 20 miles in mileage at $0.79/mile. About the survey: it's not fair to ask "was it clean and well maintained." Those are two separate questions and there's only one way to answer. The vehicle I rented was clean, but the transmission was in need of service. The employees was polite and friendly.Catherine B.
Make sure you always cleans your truck because the truck that I used was so stinking. Moreover, I order for an equipment and I never get to use it because it was not in the truck and I was charge and they never return the equipment money. The online pickup was so horrible.Fortune N.
In general, people using UHaul are already at heightened levels of stress, most of them are moving, and many of them (as the case with me) are moving to another state. Why then, would UHaul seem to make the process even more stressful? I select a location where I would like to rent the UHaul because it is conveniently located to me, then later when I visit the location the day before, I'm told he NEVER has a 26' truck there. (Then why was I able to select that location?) When I go to pick up the truck the systems are down. (Of course). So they can't do the contracts or take payments. I stand outside of the (cigarette smelling) office for social distancing purposes and to escape the stench for more than 30 minutes. We finally get inside and the moving blankets we RESERVED aren't there. Because she NEVER had blankets. We go back to the first UHaul place we wanted to rent from and he's not there. We wait 40 minutes (literally) while he runs an errand. And then he also had problems with the UHaul rental system too. It seems like UHaul doesn't want to become more customer service friendly, because people just have to deal with it. They've resolved that moving is a horrible experience, and the don't want to streamline it any more. The only good thing about the experience was the online checkout, where we could attach photos of the truck damage prior to checking out.Jacob B.
All three ladies were great. Being a massage therapist I'm big on smells and that office was amazing. The GM was there she was awesome loved her energy. They got me in and out in a flash. This experience there was 100 times better than the week before on 20. I would definitely come this location again. I rented from here well over five years ago much better vibe now. I took my truck back after hours and within a few hours I got an email finalizing my rental, super impressed with that.Geneva C.
