Nobody cleaned the trailer. I had to attach it myself before finding out the lights didn't work. Got a different trailer ( attached and unattached it myself again). They were closed on the day I returned it. I was no impressed. They need to visit the location on pleasant hill to see how it's done.

The process for doing a self pick up is terrible. It’s no fault of this location, but that process needs to improve.
