Velvet FGreat service great location
Andrew PI booked a vehicle about five days in advance, but I did not receive it on the scheduled day. This caused several issues, including delays and extra expenses. I had to pay the people who were helping move the items because they were delayed by at least three hours beyond the expected time. In order to get a similar vehicle, I had to travel to another store that was 15 miles away and then drive 15 miles back. In addition to that, I had to cover all these costs myself. Unfortunately, I no longer have confidence in the service after this experience.
