Was extremely disappointing that I had to detach the trailer block the wheels myself. I received no help from the staff find this highly unprofessional and I did call U-Haul customer service and made a formal complaint. I will never rent a U-Haul or drop off at this location ever again I will be making reviews on yelp Twitter, Facebook, and google and Instagram.
