David WI ordered a dolly that was not included in the truck because the storage facility was out of stock and didn’t bother to let me know prior to picking the truck up, so I could have picked a truck up at another location. I had to run to two different Home Depot’s and pay $36 to rent a dolly for the day. Such poor customer service.
KELLY CLady at the front desk was very helpful. Smooth process. Convenient location near downtown Lawrenceville. Will use them again.
David WWas extremely disappointing that I had to detach the trailer block the wheels myself. I received no help from the staff find this highly unprofessional and I did call U-Haul customer service and made a formal complaint. I will never rent a U-Haul or drop off at this location ever again I will be making reviews on yelp Twitter, Facebook, and google and Instagram.
