inspect the vehicle before letting people rent. valve on the tire was broken had to get roadside assistance before even beginning my move. broken glass on the inside also

Jeffrey O.Truck was filthy in the cab. Smudge marks in the storage compartment. NO PASSENGER SEATBELTS!!!! I had my son with me and couldn't strap him in- ridiculous!!! Staff during pickup were okay, although not friendly. Staff, a man, was rude and impatient, didn't check the truck or equipment and made me put it back in its spot rather than inspect and move it himself (which has always been my experience the many, many times ive used uhaul. The truck had nearly 200,000 miles on it, shifter doesn't lock in place but overall it drove well, although i would check the breaks. I will NEVER go to this location again!
