The people who work at A1 Pawn are awesome! Great service! BUT WHERE UHAUL FAILED is that we had been given via the U-Haul main phone number several different places to drop off our U-Haul and had problems with each one not being open etc so we were told by uhaul that we were not going to be charged for the extra couple of hours that it took for us to finally get a correct location to drop off our U-Haul meaning we went past our deadline but then uhaul actually charged us an additional day when we were told by uhaul we were not going to be charged for an additional day. That was very frustrating that we had to pay for an extra day when we were told we would not have to due to U-Haul causing the problem --- sending us to U-Haul facilities that were not open or not even trained to accept returning U-Hauls. WE DESERVE A REFUND FOR THAT EXTRA DAY CHARGE!!!!!! ITS NOT FAIR!!!Leif W.

Shady location. Charged me 70 extra miles and when I pointed out the discrepancy. They stated that there was a â€œsystem Errorâ€ and said that I actually drove 55 miles, rather the 100 miles. I went home to calculate my mileage that I have done, using a driving app I use for my car insurance and it turns out that I only drove 30 miles. I called the location back, told them that I drove 30 miles and they said there nothing they can do but told me to call Uhaul directly. I called the Uhaul and they told me that the location is charging the 100.Curtis S.

When we attempted to drop the truck off at the original place, the employees argued with us and demanded that we go to a different location to drop the truck off. The customer should be respected regardless. This place should simply accept the truck and move it to another location by themselves! We ended up bringing the truck to A1 but the place was closed.. We unloaded we took the tailor to A-1 about 8:30p.m. I was apologetic to this place because after dropping it off, We tried to complete the drop off link but it wouldnt allow us to complete it. We took a picture with the phone to show we didnt complete the process due to the link not open. We then called the next morning, I spoke with a representative, I told her the whole thing from Friday on. How it wouldnt let me chose a drop off place, phone call a person stated do it at the pick up place, Safford stating no problem drop off place good to go in Maricopa. Only to get a voice message late in the evening stating not a drop off place at A-1. How is that good service. This is not my fault. Since Friday the computer should have stated no drop off in Maricopa, the customer service lady should also stated well let me transfer you to someone who can help you with that, if I can't, and the young man in Safford should have said oh i showing Maricopa is not excepting trailors. Tell me how in any way this is my fault. I do what I am suppose to do when dropping off, and the link won't open to drop off. Nothing, customer service was great and the gentleman on site was very respectful and professional! I have a very busy schedule and he made sure I was in and out with the paperwork done and the rental hooked up and ready to go in less than 5 minutes. This location is hard to get in and out of. Until the over pass is put in then will be ok. I'd recommend using after overpass is completed or go early before traffic gets badStacie H.

When we arrived it would not let us get our truck. After an HOUR on the phone (being on hold 45 minutes of that) they realized it's because the person before us never returned the truck. So they gave us a different one. And after 30 more minutes of trying to get that truck we finally got the keys. This took away an hour and a half of my truck time that they did not give me back. And still made me pay the full amount. Will never be using them again. Very disappointed.Alina B.

On the web site it said 29.99 a day and $25 for the second day and we rented it for one day but called in and left a message that we needed the 2nd and brought it back next day by 5 and was charged the 29.99 charge so I am not sure why this as that isn't what I read. I understand it isn't much but 4/5 dollars here and there add up. Thank youjeffrey W.
