The people were very nice but I was very frustrated to see I was double charged for the truck. I paid cash, they still charged my credit card 2 days later. whether I would recommend depends on I get my refund for 212.00 back or if I have to fight for it.

Setup to pick up at another location that I knew was open later and per the website had the trailer I needed. Unfortunately received a call from uhaul explaining they changed my location to one that was available and they left my reservation at 4 pm for pick up. I looked at the new location and they were only open till 3 pm. When I got there at 5 min till 3. The doors were locked and I found a different entrance to go in. Luckily the uhaul person was still there. The other problem I had is I wanted to drop off around 5:30 or 6 pm. This location is only open till 5 pm. I was at my storage facility where I originally put my reservation in for and asked if I could drop off at this location. Thy said I could but would be charged a fee. Maybe I should have taken the fee since I got over to the location at 5:20 pm and they were already closed. So this morning I get my bill emailed to me and they charged me for a while extra day because they put the return time at 8:33 am instead of the 5:20 pm from the day before. Will not be using u-haul anymore. Thanks

Will and Omar were awesome. I purchSd my hitch, ball and wiringhere as well. They are a couple o extremely knowledgeable fellows that make sure you are properly outfited for your trip. I took a 5 x 8 emclosed trailer to British Columbia, Canada. Everything went exactley as it should. Thanks guys!

The vehicle was not cleaned out, nails, screws and push pins were loose in the van. Someone had eaten in the cab and not clean it up. The gentlemen were friendly however, when I told the guys at drop off the vehicle was dirty, he just looked at me and shrugged his shoulders.

Windshield was very 'buggy' even before we got more bugs on it driving at night. Otherwise, the facility was nice and the attendants very friendly. Overall, it was a good rental experience.

We were all set up for our U-Haul truck since February at our location here in Maricopa at Maricopa Self Storage at the last minute they gave our truck to someone who reserved the night before and moved US some where else. This was unnecessary and very poor customer service as we were set with who we trusted and was moved to someone we don't even know. We were very upset with this whole process
