ANDREW SThe truck we rented wasn't available. We were asked to pay an upcharge for a bigger truck. Which we did not need. The truck was dirty in the back and there was a water bottle left in the cab. The steering wheel constantly shook. Overall it did the job but it was disappointing to not have what I payed for then to be asked to pay more. Hope this reaches someone and acknowledgment that my feedback is being addressed. Thanks!
TERRY SGreat service, friendly and on time. Only pickup was they didn't have the amount of blankets and furniture dollies we had requested in the reservation. They apologized and took the missing ones off the bill. Ended up we didn't need them, so all worked out well.
