When I called and lady said she was too busy to look up my order to answer the question I had. I was told if I drop the trailer off in the 1st 24 hrs, I would be credited back for the second day. But because she didn't look up my account to see that it was a one way 48hr min. I did not get any credit back. I would have used the trailer another day and not have rushed it back had that been the case. This was very disappointing. When I got there I walked inside the store front and was yelled at to go back outside as they don't let anyone in their office due to covid. They could have had a sign, locked the door or told me politely. Yelling at me to get out of their office is unprofessional and unacceptable.JESSE H.

I ordered at another location and you cancelled it and made me go alot farther to another location by saying the first one was closed. This wad incorrect. It was open and is always opened at 9 am every day. I checked with them and they had 2 20 footers there. I had to go to a longer location and had to get a shorter truck and had to make a 2nd load because of ir. Yiu all dud me wrong and I will he contacting corporateThomas C.

Unfortunately we were rerouted to this location through U-Haul to obtain our truck for a 6:00 reservation; in which they made. After driving out of our way to this location, we realized it was closed. I waited for one hour for reservation time to arrive; in hopes of a self checkout to be available. It was not. After further calls, I was told I would have to return in the am when they open. Total lost time was well over 2 hours. Waiting on line with call center and getting disconnects was a huge irritant. It was a very long and trying time. I would hope some form of compensation would arrive. On a good note, the following morning we were greeted & treated very pleasantly! Worst service ever. At this location you can't get your cash deposit at all and card deposits take 3 to 5 business days to be returned. We were never told this. I would never use this company again. We got a flat tire on the trailer hitch that held our vehicle. We were stuck on the side of the highway for 2 1/2 hours at midnight till 230 am with a premmie baby and our pet. We called and called the customer service and waited 30 mins each time to talk to someone. Not only did we miss our check in time we had fees to pay for being late. Everything we had planned was delayed and cost us more money. I requested a refund of some kind and was told it would go to upper management and wouldn't get a response for 3 days at least. I am beyond upset out a lot of money. I would never ever use this company again and for any families out there i would not recommend this company for you they obviously don't care about the average working AmericanLADARRIN B.

The experience with this particular U Haul was excellent. We had a very unexpected need for the truck and had to make the rental last minute. The truck we asked for was available on time at our pick up location. The agent was courteous and professional, We had no problems with the very clean vehicle and our trip went very well. This U-Haul experience was the worst I have ever experienced. It was not the final pick up location that was bad. We made a reservation at Champion Auto for an 8am pick up. No one was there. We called another location (C-Mart) close by and were told they had a car dolly so we drove to that location. After multiple phone calls to U-Haul corporate it was determined the car dolly they had wouldn't work for us. So we drove back to the U-Haul location we originally made the reservation at. At almost 9:30 still no one was there. We call the A1 Storage King location and confirmed they had a car dolly but they weren't sure what size and if it would work for us. So I decided we would drive over and measure ourselves. On the way to the A1 Storage Location we happen to see the Auto Sensation USA location and noticed they had multiple car dollies. We pulled in to find another customer waiting in the parking lot and he informed us they weren't open even through according to their hours they should have been. We then proceeded on to A1 Storage King. Lucky for us they had a car dolly that worked even though the computer system said it wouldn't work. This fiasco cost us about 3 hours in total which delayed our return trip to Michigan. If I was U-Haul I would refund our purchase for the debacle you created for us.Michael S.
