The location was in a unsafe area that had no one present. It was very dirty with trash and a used condom right next to the truck I was picking up. I was told that there would be someone there, there was not. I called the number for the location twice and no one answered, by the time someone called back I had called the location on Harry Hines where I had made the original reservation and she initially told me she had no record of me. The pick up process ended up taking over 25 minutes. I was not happy with that at all. The rest of the transaction was fine until drop off when we had to call again to find the "drop box" which was 30 feet and not visible or well marked from where the truck was parked. A very unsafe and uncomfortable experience and we did not feel safe about having to leave our vehicle unattended either.
