While the alternative pick up location was great, the first pick up location low price auto glass on Yosemite in Modesto was absent and not available when there business hours state otherwise. The local Modesto UHaul dispatch was extremely disrespectful and rude and was not any help in attempting to resolve the issue. Only customer service and the Kansas ave U-Haul corporate location were able to help get an another truck to pick up at the AA smog on oakdale. Overall received a truck and am pleased with UHaul corporate, Kansas ave in Modesto, and AA smog, but the local dispatch needs to be trained on properly assisting customer and appropriate language and low price auto glass needs to lose U-Haul credentials to rent if they are this unprofessional to even be available.

LARRY SWe left the trailer in the overnight drop off location, as the business was not open at all on the date of the return. The staff did not handle the return at all, we were charged for additional days of usage even though the trailer was sitting in their lot, and a separate representative from U-Haul had to contact me asking why I am not returned the trailer, I then informed the U-Haul representative that I had in fact return to the trailer on the agreed-upon date, but that the return location had failed to process the return of the trailer.

SCOTT MTransaction felt very disconnected. Nothing was explained by clerk, I was told to do everything on my phone. I was not offered additional insurance, mileage was not explained, I did not sign any documents. The inside dash and cup holders were very dirty and had garbage and orange peels in them.
