Nothing…they were awesome! I’ve used U-Haul near a dozen times over the years; this was the BEST experience I’ve ever had. The process and staff were customer focused, efficient and very warm.

I was charged for 2 days and returned the uhaul and equipment in about 12 hours. Now apparently some sort of claim has to be filed by AAA to get my refund, as they said the system was down or messed up, and I have to wait multiple days till that is supposed to occur. This should not be the case, especially when a customer returns the equipment early.

They were not open when their goggle business listing said they would be, within their hours of operation and no one was there. This was after my pick-up had been previously arranged online. Then the truck that I had been re-assigned to this location for pickup at this location (because the original location I booked at and UHAUL confirmed, didn't have the right size) was unable to be picked-up via mobile pickup. I spent nearly 45 mins on the phone with 2 different customer service persons to try and help me get my reservation. The rep then had to switch me to a different sized truck, because the store was not open to do anything. Would not have been an issue if the store had been open when they said they would be. Customer service rep #2 could not reach the vendor via phone either. Took 45 mins out of my reservation and delayed my trips using the truck, which then put my confirmed delivery route off by almost an hour.
