I was in a pickle and Tina at AAA self storage in Dripping Springs helped me rent the truck I needed and get through a stressful time and move! Could not be more grateful for this service and business!

MICHAEL PThe woman who placed my rental agreement left out a lot of details over the phone of what the price would actually cost. I showed up and was shocked at the price I would be charged. She was non-committal on answering any of my questions and quite frankly, not very smart.

They denied the claim stating the trucks are not water proof only water resistant. Ridiculous!!. People on both ends were great. Product was terrible and U-Haul did not back up their faulty product.
