VIRGINIA LThe inside of trailer was full of debris but swept it out and ok. Would be helpful for Jack on trailer hitch for in and off. Other than that the site was very helpful and we will return when we need this rental.

The location at 12024 US-290, Austin, TX 78737 is unorganized, dirty and a place where I will never refer to anyone. I would rate this one a 0. The second location (2300 W US Hwy 290, Dripping Springs, TX 78620) I went to was the opposite. It was well organized, clean, very helpful and I will refer anyone that ever asks to this location.

I was met with kindness, respect and a warm caring smile. The truck she gave me was new and super clean! Getting the truck was painless and super quick and easy!
Jodi MAbsolute nightmare! I ordered some labor help through U-Haul and on their website and nobody showed up whatsoever. We were stuck having to move a 4000 square-foot house which is two teenage daughters and an older father with a bad back.. I am furious. I called these movers all week to make sure this didn’t happen and they never once answered their phones.. the guy from fire hustlers did email me back and said don’t worry we have you covered. And nothing what a disgrace.

Eric SThe woman that works there is named Tina. She was extremely helpful and professional in renting me car trailer. The uhaul website was down it was actually a disaster but we were eventually able to make things happen and the day was saved. i almost walked out of there with frustration - you need to fix the corporate website its completely unacceptable for something that critical to go down for hours. i was using it at work it was so slow and frustrating i was wondering how you even make money. But the site location saved the day with the help of Tina. Give that woman a raise.

MICHAEL GTina (manager) was very helpful and nice with my Uhaul van rental. Good communicator. Very knowledgeable and has been in the self storage and truck trailer rental business for years. This property is very lucky to have her as a manager. She helped me with my check - in even though she had not opened the store/office yet. I was 30 minutes early. That was very helpful for me. I will return again when I need a van or trailer rental. Tina is great!
