Cecelia and Tina are amazing. I really love this location and their focus on the customer. I had a hard today moving me and the kids out of our family home due to divorce. I was met with kindness, respect and a warm caring smile. The truck she gave me was new and super clean! Getting the truck was painless and super quick and easy!

Absolute nightmare! I ordered some labor help through U-Haul and on their website and nobody showed up whatsoever. We were stuck having to move a 4000 square-foot house which is two teenage daughters and an older father with a bad back.. I am furious. I called these movers all week to make sure this didn’t happen and they never once answered their phones.. the guy from fire hustlers did email me back and said don’t worry we have you covered. And nothing what a disgrace.

Eric SThe woman that works there is named Tina. She was extremely helpful and professional in renting me car trailer. The uhaul website was down it was actually a disaster but we were eventually able to make things happen and the day was saved. i almost walked out of there with frustration - you need to fix the corporate website its completely unacceptable for something that critical to go down for hours. i was using it at work it was so slow and frustrating i was wondering how you even make money. But the site location saved the day with the help of Tina. Give that woman a raise.
