SARA VI rented the trailer several days before I needed it. The day before I was to get it, I received a phone call from U-Haul telling me that this location didn't have the trailer I reserved and that I would have to drive 100+ miles to get it in a different town. This extra milage was in addition to the 75 miles I would have to drive to pick up the truck I reserved because it also wasn't at the location I reserved it at.
David SThe hours open were a little hard to navigate and the equipment did not come up in my app to return.
Nathaniel HThe owner of the AAA Loan Uhaul in garden city was not a nice person. I was told they only rented uhauls for a single day. And he was very aggressive about it. So I reserved a uhaul for 3 days online. Went back in the store and the owner had told me I "cheated the system". And when he noticed I deserved it for 3 days he also stated "it doesn't take 3 days to move". I am not pleased with how I was treated by the owner. And I will never use this location again.

Jeremy BMy original reservation was not there, so I was 2 hours behind schedule for moving and assistance for the move. I was flat out told that the truck was to have a as there Friday but one of the other people that worked there even though knew it was reserved , rented it out. The I get in the truck was on lot , there was a huge crack in the dash where the gauges are and the dash where cup holders are had something black spilled down it. I had to buy a broom so could sweep out the trash before loading. This was the worst rent have ever had.

MIGEL NThe salesman lied to me to get me to drop off at another location. I DO NOT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL! Thr nice gentleman who helped me at the drop off location answered all my questions with honesty. I asked him if it was true what the Garden City location guy told me and he said definitely not. I need to get 1 more uhaul and I will do whatever it takes to not have to get from the Garden city location.

Kelly LInside cab was dirty and I didn't clean it. Back Inside had broken eye shadow in one area plus makeup brushes on floor and the furniture pads were just tossed inside that I think was suppose to be in pouch. The guy inside was pretty nice. I did sweep the floor of the uhaul

Sean TMy card was overcharged over 200$ and i am not happy about it. If that charge isnt reimbursed i will be calling to see to it that it gets reimbursed immediately. I paid 213 on the day upon taking the truck. The total came out to be 426. My card should have only been charged the remainder due to the prepayment. Any suggestions or advice on how ro recover that money would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time, other than that my rental experience was satisfactory.

Nathaniel HI did return the trailer late, it was 9:42 friday night when it was returned. I guess by returning it 5 hours late i get double charged even when there are extra trailers the same size for other customers in the lot. It’s not like it’s lost revenue for u-haul for someone who drops it off after hours. I was charged $27.18 two times on my credit card. Please help me make sense of it. Thanks from Randy Snodgrass
Randy SAbsolutely terrible. First trailer had one tire that was wore well past the wear mark and had a shake to it. After arguing with the owner he changed trailer to a different one that had 3 inches of mud on it and refused to clean it. I have pictures of trailer when I picked it up. I do not recommend this place to anyone that has to haul a trailer out side of 10 miles.
Shawn DI just dropped the trailer off on a Sunday when it was not open. The lot to drop off was big and easy to park the trailer. The online drop off procedure was easy, however when I tried to upload the pictures it kicked me out and left me hoping that the checkin was done ok. It was so I guess all went ok.

Robert LThe man at Garden City location when returning the car dolly was rude. Threatened to charge extra because of putting the dolly "2" parking spaces off from where we had picked it up! Fell on the uncleared ice trying to repark it with no assistance.

DONALD DThe man who runs the store was rude, hateful to me because I had some difficulty seeing out of my mirrors while backing up to drop off the trailer. Then he complained about having to give me my deposit back. Does not work well with the public.
