The rental truck was not clean when I picked it up. I had to bring the issue to the owner. There was trash in the cab and in the bed. Further more, my pick up time was set to 9 am by customer service call center and the location did not open until 10 am.

I requested and paid for the appliance dolly. The only one in the truck was the small utility dolly. I used it to get by but ended up getting charged for both. Other than that everything was good.
