You could have the gas tank filled. When I received the UHaul, it only had a quarter of a tank of fuel.

The rental truck was not clean when I picked it up. I had to bring the issue to the owner. There was trash in the cab and in the bed. Further more, my pick up time was set to 9 am by customer service call center and the location did not open until 10 am.
Frank TI requested and paid for the appliance dolly. The only one in the truck was the small utility dolly. I used it to get by but ended up getting charged for both. Other than that everything was good.
Dusty OThe rep was very courteous and helpful - he came out and removed our tow dolly.
