I dropped off the trailer after hours on a Saturday. Called them Monday morning to let them know I had left the trailer and she had already checked it in and closed it out. Awesome service! I would recommend this location to anyone needing a U-Haul.

The truck pulled hard to the right. I had a very hard time keeping the truck on the road. You made me pay for bringing a vehicle in very bad condition so you could fix its problems.

Fees. Ease of use.
It may be, or at least SHOULD be illegal to advertise 20 dollars per day, because two days cost me hundreds of dollars in the end. The 24 hour phone pick up service COULD be game changing, but it puts all the work on the customer! ID and questions? Understandable. Taking pictures and making me let you call two friends to vouch for me? Ridiculous. I'm PAYING you money to use the truck. If I have to replace fuel, clean the unit, AND provide references, it should be free to use the truck. I'm doing everything!

Upon arrival at about 3pm on 5/5/22, a day early than I was supposed to return the trailer. They were closed. There was a note on the door starting so and times. I dropped trailer off and left voicemail on their phone. No one contacted me (which is okay) about the trailer. I was not able to complete the online drop off instructions due to it telling me I did not have a contract. Stems back to where I picked up the trailer. Also I wanted to return the trailer to J&J pipe because it was closer to my house and Uhaul made me change the location. This is not the first time that has happened.
