Only thing that I’m unsatisfied with is that my truck didn’t have a ramp, and it wasn’t stated before booking. It makes my move so much more difficult!

TOMIKIA DThe online checkout on the app does not work completely. You get to the section to verify the license plate and the app stops because it won't let you select the license plate matches and move on with the process. This has happened for my last 3 rentals recently. Because it happens at this stage, there is no way to document before starting your rental if there was any damage or issues with the rental before hand. That can be a problem... My rental experience started with getting in the vehicle and seeing a low tire sensor for the front passenger tire. I had to spend about 15-20 minutes filling the tire 19 PSI more to get it in line with the other tires. Other than that things went okay.
Wesley EThe employee at the location was very kind. Pick up and drop off was very time consuming both done through customer service. Confirm when doing a reservation all the fees. I was unable to secure (after hours drop) the vehicle upon return because the drop box #3 assigned was used by someone else. Spent unnecessary time figuring out what to do with the keys. I'm glad I returned it early.

Kenneth RThere is no one who dislikes moving more than me, but this U-Haul location made it as easy as possible. The entire process was super easy and convenient. All the associates I interacted with were kind, knowledgeable and genuinely concerned with making the experience easy and pleasant. I really couldn't asking for me. I will definitely only be using this U-Haul location anytime I need a truck in the future.

Belinda SCustomer service. Rep was disrespectful and vulgar. She tried to charge me a flat rate which should give me 24 hrs to use the truck but wanted to rent me for 4 hrs. She had her dogs in the office which I was scared of and she didn’t even come to meet me at the door to help calm my nerves. I tried to have a conversation about the rental she shouted at me and hanged the phone up. Would NEVER use this location again.

Latisha MThe truck i was given had major problems. I rented it for two hours but i barely could drive it due to the fact the truck has transmission and engine problems. It was jerking the entire ride and i was very afraid for my life especially on the highway. Slowing the vehicle down was damn near impossible due to how fast you was going because it would slow down, jerk and speed back up. The customer service was good the ladies did a good job, just the truck i was put in wasn’t a very good one at all. And it’s dangerous to give anyone that type of vehicle because it’s possible someone could get into an accident.
Judy FThe representative at AAA storage was above and beyond. The online system let us make a reservation for a vehicle that was not available and the representative made the necessary changes on the spot to get us in a vehicle to complete our move.
Elizabeth FThe truck I was picking up was sandwiched between two trucks and mad it more difficult to pull out. Future recommendation leave at least half a truck space for the renters to get out easy.
