I had an excellent experience with AAA Self Storage #21 on Randleman Rd in Greensboro. The rental pick-up process was smooth, quick, and well-organized from start to finish. The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was clearly explained, which made the entire experience stress-free. The location itself was clean, easy to access, and felt safe and well-maintained. I really appreciated how efficient the process was. I was in and out without any hassle, which is exactly what you hope for when picking up a rental. Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for a reliable and straightforward rental experience. I would absolutely use them again.

The app said my return was complete even told me to deposit the key. Then it asked me to start my return and I spent over an hour trying to get someone at Uhaul to mark that it was returned. So I don't really recommend the app but first thing the next day the location staff confirmed it all.
STEPHANIE JNothing to do with this location. But I had to go to 4 different u haul stores to get my rental even though I reserved a truck beforehand. The first place was amazing and very helpful. The person who I was on the phone with was absolutely amazing and super helpful with everything. The second place they were a little rude to us even though we were told to go there. Then this place was great as well.
