Latisha M.The truck i was given had major problems. I rented it for two hours but i barely could drive it due to the fact the truck has transmission and engine problems. It was jerking the entire ride and i was very afraid for my life especially on the highway. Slowing the vehicle down was damn near impossible due to how fast you was going because it would slow down, jerk and speed back up. The customer service was good the ladies did a good job, just the truck i was put in wasn't a very good one at all. And it's dangerous to give anyone that type of vehicle because it's possible someone could get into an accident.
