The staff was professional, friendly, and made sure everything was clearly explained, which made the entire experience stress-free. The location itself was clean, easy to access, and felt safe and well-maintained. I really appreciated how efficient the process was. I was in and out without any hassle, which is exactly what you hope for when picking up a rental. Amanda LThe app said my return was complete even told me to deposit the key. Then it asked me to start my return and I spent over an hour trying to get someone at Uhaul to mark that it was returned. So I don't really recommend the app but first thing the next day the location staff confirmed it all.
