LORI ETires appeared to be good but found out on road that one tire was not. U-haul needs to replace tires more often or get better brand. Check date codes of tires. Even though look good, tires may be beyond date.

JOHN SLana -- who runs this location -- is TOP NOTCH! Whenver possible, I only rent from this location because I know everything will be fast and easy and efficient.
ERIC JStaff was friendly and helpful. I had some difficulty getting the combo lock to open (it was a bit fiddly), but a staffer arrived to check the mail after hours, saw me having difficulty, and sprang into action. I was on my way shortly after that. It would be nice to have a credit for extra fuel put into the trucks (I overestimated), but I realize this would be logistically difficult. The next customer will be blessed by not having to go to the gas station as soon, I suppose. :)

William WIn my opinion, one cannot improve a perfect experience! From the moment I spoke to Lana at this location I knew I've found my U-Haul rental home. I even waited for the next day to rent a vehicle from her because she was already going above and beyond to assist me in my rental need. So I would HIGHLY recommend Lana's U-Haul location to any and every body for all of their U-Haul needs. And if Lana hasn't gotten one yet: She's due for a raise!! JS

James LPlease notify the next renter of the 10' truck that the front drivers seat is adjustable just very hard to do. As soon as I got the truck the attendant had to leave the site, so I was unable to get assistance with this issue. My brother and I each tried to move the seat forward without success. I am only 5'1" and I had to sit on the edge of the seat with no back support in order to drive this truck a total of 71 miles. Also, my foot kept falling off the foot pedal. It was only after I returned with the truck that I was shown the difficulty of moving the driver's seat. A heads upon this issue would have been appreciated! (Tutorial)
