I did not know what questions to ask about moving, and Lana was patient, courteous, and professional to ask pro-active questions to clarify my needs, wants, and desires with moving. I had not moved in over 12 years, and the U-Haul process was wonderful to allow me to set up my reservation and get my vehicle, a 20' truck, appliance dolly, moving dolly, and blankets. I do say I could have used straps but did not ask, and suggest that item be included in your resources to proffer. My helpers were able to load, transport, unload, and return the truck in only 4 hours total. I was more than surprised, and staging was the key to success. I give Lana and the AAA Shiloh Storage 4909 Hightech Dr, Tyler, TX 75703 a two-thumbs-up, five-star rating! Respectfully and gratefully from a blind man who hated to consider moving, but the U-Haul Team helped to make it smooth and flawless!

Ryan CI bought a truck in Tyler, Tx; I drove my 2004 Toyota Camry from Calera, Ok . I rented the dolly online on a Friday and did the trip on Monday. The lady at the U-Haul was very helpful about hooking up the dolly to my truck and giving me some instructions. She was a pleasure to work with. I then went back to the car dealer and loaded my Camry and drove back to Calera, Ok. In all a very enjoyable experience.
