Keep Lana happy so she can continue to surpass the 5-star rating like she does consistently. I have never received the commitment to detail and customer service, that we have received, not once, but twice, when doing business with Lana at this location. She is not only extremely knowledgeable, but caring, understanding, and friendly to all. We will continue to support her when rentals are needed and will make it a point to steer any and every person, we meet/ know, that needs a rental to her. She goes above and beyond what is commonly expected in the service field and exceeds to the highest level. We definitely appreciate her kindness and help when needed for rentals.
