ROGER BOur 26' reservation would not start, but the on-site manager and the on duty manager were exceptional in there helping us!
Michael MProperly document gas mileage for pre trip. The last rental I had was NOT all the way at the half tank mark. It was just under it and had I taken a picture before had, I would’ve gotten the gas charge properly disputed. That’s on me but that’ll be the last time I use this location.
IANYA FI had questions about my charges to my account, and Sherry was extremely difficult and rude to me. I paid over $500 for this Uhaul rental and then was charged another $168 that is pending on my account. Tried to get to the bottom of it and she basically just said there was nothing she could do. I won’t be back and I will be reporting fraud to my bank immediately
HANNAH RNot prepared at all I wasted about 30 mins of my move and also did not even have a hand truck (dolly ) so I hope that was refunded or not charged . I was told he didn’t know where they are at

SYNCERE SDue to circumstances that were beyond my control, I ended up returning the truck about 20 minutes past the 24 hour period and they charged me a full additional 24 hours rental. I explained the situation so I am really upset about this. Unless they make this right I will never recommend this location.
TINA SBetter customer service. The ubox customer rep was horrible. She answered the phone like she was answering her person phone, no greeting, told her I was trying to reach ubox customer Service and she just says yea, what do you want. The whole Convo she was short and rude. When people are in the middle of a long distance move a little consideration would be nice.

Chanse GFirst of all, this was not the location that I chose on the app. The woman was rude and spoke to me in a very condescending way. The tax on this was $112.00. When I questioned that ridiculous amount, she snapped at me if I wanted the truck or not.
PETER ASheri did an excellent job of reserving the truck for me through a prior reservation, even when another customer wanted the same size truck.....I think the mileage indicator should be lit up more, so that the customer can judge how many miles were marked on the odometer, without having to hunt for it, after completion of the job.

Ken PEngine needs some work. A few times while stored truck wanted to lurch forward. Had put heavy pressure on brakes to keep it from moving. Difficult to stop one time due to same issue.

WYATT MMake sure equipment reserved two weeks in advance is available. If by some chance it’s not, don’t make it out to be the customer’s fault, apologize for necessary equipment not being available. Make sure the trucks tire pressure is acceptable and when the customer tells you it isn’t, don’t blow them off. Make sure equipment is clean.

John CFor that particular truck the ride was rough, and the wooden floor in the back was frayed and broken, almost felt like you may fall through.
