The place that was closet to my house didnt have the truck available so I had to use another location which caused me to go 4 miles over the mileage and I was charged for it... I dont believe I should have been charged... it was only about 8.00 but the point is i would not have went over my mileage had the vehicle been available at the closer location..

Locked key inside vehicle. Had to pay a locksmith $130. Roadside assistance was not available. No one warned of the doors locking without the key or that the responsibility is yours alone. And, there's only one key! Offered no solution.

There's only one key and the truck locks without the key! They never tell you this! It's the renter's responsibility to pay for the $130 lockout. NO WARNING. Locksmiths are too expensive for five minutes.

AAA Storage service /UHaul overcharged me said I drove 61 miles and I drove less than 6 miles not even 2 hours of drive time. They are corrupt and have faulty equipment. I barely drove the damn truck.I will never use U Haul again due to this.

Trish provided an excellent customer experience while dealing with computer challenges on the day I was renting the U-Haul. Even though the rental took extra time she was very pleasant and appreciative of my business. She took the time to explain every detail of the contract and the return procedure. I would highly recommend them for your U-Haul needs.

The system was down and my truck wasnt ready. I reserved a truck for 8 and wasn't able to leave with a truck until after 10. I had hourly movers waiting for me last money and valuable time.

We booked moving help online and had to cancel the service. Said our money would be refunded to our account. Has been 5 days and so far the money has not been refunded. The number given for customer service-no one ever answers. Recording goes on and on. Would not recommend using moving help option with U-haul.
