Don’t let the call center people, that you currently have, take calls for you. They were really rude when I called to reserve my Uhaul. I’m glad I went straight to the location the second day because the women in person were phenomenal! I received stellar customer service, like I had in the past. Had I acted on the rudeness of that call center, I probably would have gone elsewhere.
