The truck I reserved wasn’t available . I had to orchestrate the resolution to the issue as the location provided none. In the end, they let me use a truck that was much larger than I needed for the price of the truck that I ordered. The person at this location did not come out and confirm anything on the truck. The truck was on empty when I picked it up. I was told to drop it off at the same fuel level that it was that I picked up. I dropped the truck off after hours at just before 3 PM on Sunday. I was charged 50 miles more than I drove and for 6 gallons of gas. Overall very poor experience and would not recommend.

PATRICIA DIt was clean, but the truck I rented wasn't in great shape mechanically. It worked, but it didnt work well, the steering was awful from start to finish. I assume the vehicle needed an alignment or the steering column is just off, the engine seemed as if it was working overtime and the gas mileage was extremely inefficient. Just to add, the woman behind the front desk seemed like she absolutely hated the fact that she even had to deal with anything that day, I understand to an extent however she acted as if it was a burden that I even walked in the door. Ive had a previous bad experience with this facility and was concerned about using it again, but it was my only option at the time. I won't be renting a truck from AAA Storage again!
