Uhaul over charged me, I turned it in on time, or so I thought, I was exactly an hour late, I looked at the time whene I drove off the lot, and they charged me AN ENTIRE EXTRA DAY of rent and moving safe even tho I got the truck back, to me, on time. One hour, please Uhaul, I will be calling on the phone> The mom & Pops place over here is great, corporate Uhaul is not.
BEVERLY LLose the “I don’t care attitude “ and “it’s all corporate policy and it sucks working here”.. I got the perception that customers are a bother to this place

JACQUELINE QDon’t armorall the drivers floor. Add a side rail to get up in the truck easier. I almost wasn’t able to get in and I had to bring a stool with me toget in and out. I’m 5’6

DEAN HEquipment was clean. The gate was not secured properly. I assumed since the office person hooked the trailer up to my vehicle that he had secured the gate. Thankfully it did not open while we were drving home to load it. Also we had a different time checking the trailer back in (we did a one-way rental) because the person in Ellensburg did not put the correct trailer number on our forms. *Not related to the Ellensburg site but the uhaul reservation system online is confusing. I wanted a covered uhaul trailer. I thought this was what I was reserving. Turns out Ellensburg did not have that trailer and what I guess I picked was a small open trailer. I would guve the website a 2/5 stars because of this.

RANDALL TI drove the truck 7.4 Miles . The rental place said I drove it 15 miles. They never got up off their asses at the time of rental nor did they when I returned it. I put 10 of gas init and they said they had to put 5 gallons of gas in it . This place is a rip off. I will dispute the extra charges from my card and never ever rent from them again.

RANDALL TBattery went dead after truck was loaded and I had to pay an hour extra to help while we waited for someone to fix it. We couldn’t turn truck off at gas station so they were going to charge us for gas until we protested

KENNETH Bthe equipment was clean. However, the strap on the passenger side of the auto transport was frayed and worn through. About 80% of the strap was worn with a gap between the worn ends.

MICHAEL KThere are so many things that went wrong I WILL require a call back from Uhaul corporate, not AAA wildcat. The location hours are/were wrong on the website, and their voicemail, the employees were rude, the call center was dismissive at first then when realized the incompetence of this location and a 2nd callback they assisted us taking another hour plus, the tank was nearly empty, the oil was at 1% (and leaked all over my driveway causing a stain) the vehicle REEKED of cigarets and was discussing inside. then returning it I was sent (via call/ text) to 3 different location, promised additional miles yet charged for them. Alec CThe virtual check in is not user friendly. It kept telling me to turn on my location before getting started. My location was on, I tried going through the app and the website and they both said the same thing. I lost an hour of moving time and money as I had to pay the b person I hired even though they couldn't get started until I had the truck. I noticed (after) that other users had the same issue.
April WI was told the place opened at 9 AM but it doesn’t really open until 10. If you want to get your vehicle at 9, you must use the U Haul self check out app which is way too complicated AND doesn’t work.
HARRIS EThe issue was that it showed online that they accepted mobile check returns for trucks. I found the storage unit fine, but needed to return it after hours. The app directed me to park it in the lot, but it was gated and I had no idea where to leave it. The key boxes were easy to find, unfortunately I had to Wait in town for 8 hours. U Haul customer service could not help me either. The storage unit didn't open to even be able to ask where to park the truck until 9am. There needed to be instructions for parking a return, on either U Hauls end or AAA Wildcat storage needs to explain the process with locked gate. What's the point of having several night drop box for keys when you can't get thru to park the truck. Ruined our moving dead line and cost us a lot of money

Mark DCustomer service was excellent. The trailer was exactly what I wanted and worked perfectly. They helped me get hooked up and were clear about how to drop it off after hours. You can't do better than that.
David ADO NOT use the phone check in system. Our pickup date was on a Sunday when the office is closed. You first need to identify that you are at the correct location via GPS and I kept getting the message that I wasn’t at the location even tho I was standing in front of it. Had to call the UHaul service center. Switched to husband’s Android phone which verified location. Had to give them a phone number of a friend who could verify my identity!? Couldn’t be my husband cuz he was registered as the driver. Luckily, there was a friendly stranger nearby who agreed to be my friend and took the call. All in all, it took almost ONE HOUR for all of this to happen before we could get the truck.
