The app is terrible and wouldn't let me do anything. The website wouldn't let me change my drop off location when I called the call center to change my drop off location. They told me the drop off. Location could receive equipment 24 hours when I called to verify. They actually couldn't. And then lastly, when I asked another branch to change my reservation, they said, I had to call direct. They couldn't do it. So all of that makes for a frustrating experience. However the equipment was great! The people at both locations were great. I just think you guys as a parent company have a lot of progress to make. See my other note.
