Cathleen PIt was a quick and simple experience renting a U-haul trailer from AAA Wildcat Storage. After simple paper work the guy came out and put the trailer on my truck. When I returned the trailer he came out and got me backed in the right spot then disconnected the trailer. I didn’t even need to get out of my truck. Great customer service. Highly recommended
Robert Sapp crashes 5+ times. no clear instructions. key and truck were not in location listen in the app. no help from staff
Caleb APicked up a trailer Saturday at 10am, guy working was absolutely clueless and did not know how to run the store. Had a line of unhappy customers and I had to take charge and do everything myself such has hooking up trailer, checking in etc
