Have the truck be where it was scheduled to be picked up. We lucked out and one came in the day before we needed it. However we had to make a bunch phone calls to get it rescheduled for where we needed it.

JENNIFER Pordered 12 blankets and a dolly. got neither. that was difficult. but attendant was cheerful and quick. second truck pickup was changed by U-Haul to the Yemassee location without consulting me. that was a huge pain to pick up. far away. they closed early for personal business. process to change to mobile pickup took 20 minutes on my phone sitting in mosquitos. good lord….
elaine acouldn't solve my issue with the leakage. My belongings were soaked and needed to be repacked
ANTHONY SA local facility that I will be sure to use anytime a need for UHaul services arises. Speedy check in and great assistance disconnecting the tow dolly.
RICHARD GUHaul set up this return location even though it was closed at the time I wanted to return the truck. I spite of them being closed and obviously not renting the truck prior the following day, I was still required to pay extra to return the truck a few hours later than I originally planned. I was told the additional charges would be $60.00 but it was nearly double that once all the fees were added. There was little room to park the truck. Overall I was not happy with the return part of this transaction.

BRIAN DThe distributor was wonderful: knowledgeable, proactive, personable. It's the Uhaul national transportation system that needs major work. They changed my reservation so many times that I didn't know for sure whether I would get the equipment I needed or where I was expected to drop it off. Although the company did provide me a discount for taking the truck/auto transport to an alternate location, they had me completely baffled and frustrated by the time that happened. Local distributors=A, UHAUL the company=C....

Richard LThey did not have the truck I reserved so I had to take one that was bigger. That made my drive more nerve wracking because of the driveway I had to drive on. They also had no blankets that I reserved so I had to go to a second store to get them. They were personable but not helpful.

Tim SI called a day before reservation and asked to pick up a cargo trailer. They were receptive to me picking up a trail as long as I get down there before anyone else. I had a hour drive and was wonder, all the way there, if I was wasting my time. I was happy they accommodated my request. All went great, once I hooked up.
