Bitter time frame for workers to show up on time I was set for a 9to 11 am pick up I was there at 9:00 am Fremont for I had along trip to grassvalley same day pick up put my family behind time line to make trip we got to grassvalley 9:00 pm that nite we have had many rental from u haul since are relocating to that area will not pick up at this location if needed in the future

RICHARD SThe trailer was well maintained and clean “looking”, however, the person that used the trailer before me must have been harvesting cannabis because it really really STUNK! I’m thankful that I was only moving furniture a few miles rather than cross country, otherwise my furniture would be ruined.

CHARLES MThe Uhaul agents I did business with were very nice and knowledgeable. The only issue I had was that the entire inside smelled so heavily of cigarette smoke. It would be really nice to have non smoking vehicles.

Ed SThe bed of the truck was covered with black grease. we were sliding all over it and got our shoes covered with black grease. I drove 4 MILES in the truck, put one gallon of gas into the truck. They charged me $20 for gas. THEY OBVIOUSLY MISS READ THE GAS GUAGE! I brought it to their attention and they said it was automatically generated???????

RICHARD SWhile I was sent back n’ forth between two locations (3 trips) due to location inventory confusion and a trailer with faulty wiring, the man at AG Natural that checked the trailer in made up for it. Great guy.
SHELDON DThe towing experience was very uncomfortable. Even with the trailer sufficiently loaded, it bounced and jerked a lot like the tires had bald spots.
Gusto C3 trailer tires were at 40 PSI and one was at 25 PSI - all of them should have been at 65 PSI. The super low one ended up having a nail in it and caused a number of delays on my trip due to the location not checking the tires nor inflating them even when I asked. It was made my responsibility to do trailer maintenance that the location should have.
Alison WThe truck overheated. I had to pull over and wait for it to cool down. 90 minutes waiting. I was able to drive the 4 remaining miles to a destination but then the truck was picked up by a tow truck. So I didn't have the use of the truck for the remainder of the contract. I'm requesting a full refund of $180.18 which is the amount I've been charged. I received a text from Victor from UHaul at (916) 670-9920 to call him back. I have called 6 times and not received a return call.
ADAM BI drove my trailer home, loaded it and had to call roadside service within 15 miles to have trailer towed. Then I had to pick up new trailer 15 miles away and transfer contents to new trailer. This delayed my trip by 6 hours and was a real hassle. Equipment was faulty potentially dangerous.

BRENDA NArea is easy to access, and centrally located to where I was moving from. The service person on-site was friendly, quickly got me checked in, and just as quickly handled my return process once I was complete with my move. Overall a great experience.

RANDY EThe man that assisted with the trailer return was not nice at all and very short with us. We were unable to back up the trailer the way he wanted and he let his displeasure show. Ultimately, he only had to move the empty trailer a few feet, but seemed very put out by something pretty simple.

CATHRYN LIt was unclear where the office actually was. Eventually I found a man who came over and helped us. Also, when we reserved the trailer, drop off was suppose to be in Truckee, CA. We had to drive an extra hour to drop off the trailer.

Kristen SIt was raining so it's understandable why there was mud and moisture, but the back cargo door was open and was very wet/leaves. Driving the van was acceptable but at times felt as if it was struggling. Pick up was self-serve, so it was easy enough - no employee interaction.
