It was a mobile drop off. No issues.
Elise GEveryone was very friendly and helpful. it was our first U-Haul rental experience and it went great.
Kristen SIt was raining so it's understandable why there was mud and moisture, but the back cargo door was open and was very wet/leaves. Driving the van was acceptable but at times felt as if it was struggling. Pick up was self-serve, so it was easy enough - no employee interaction.
Tyler MI said yes to maintenance and cleaning because overall yes it was in the cab and it drove very well however the transmission may be slipping at times but yes it was I guess as good as I hoped I guess I just made sure I returned it with a wash and refueled it a little past the halfway mark which was more than I received it with and I didn't put very many miles on it either and thank u for having a ruck available for me to rent it was greatly appreciated 👍
