THEIR LOT WAS FULL. THEY SENT ME SOMEWHERE ELSE WHERE THEY DID NOT KNOW WHAT WAS GOING ON. THEN UHAUL KEPT ON CALLING ME AFTER ASKING FOR THE TRUCK. SUPER DISORGANIZED DEALER.

Emmanuel assisted me with picking up the vehicle and was responsive when I called with follow up questions and resolved any minor concerns I had. The vehicle was clean, seemed well maintained, and included the additional equipment I had reserved. I would utilize this location if and when I need U-Haul equipment again.
