Customer service was terrible. First we were told to wait outside as the guy inside was doing 3 pick ups, 20 minutes later we finally gave up and walked inside dropped the keys and asked him to send my refund when he checks in the truck as I don’t have time to stand around all day. The guy called me two hours later stating my refund would be done by e-transfer and be in my account within the hour and it is now 10 hours later and still no refund has went into my account. The U-Haul experience in BC is ridiculous and managed very poorly.

The web site is confusing thought we had every thing booked on line then called the night before and locations were changed. Pick up in Chilliwack took a long time and had to resubmit everything I all ready did on line. Pick up locations says it was our choice to drop off the unit when we went to the 96th location they initially said they didn’t have room but was able enough I accommodate. Overall not a good experience
Glenda HParking is non existing at this pick up location. There is no off street parking, and the city has made the road no parking. Not sure what the solution would be. The staff did have the truck and trailer hitched up and ready to go on the road.

Rick PTook 45 minutes to get the trailer out because the person working there could not hook the trailer up to a uhaul truck to pull it out of the lot. I was not able to help because I wasn't allowed on the lot. I will never come back to this location.

KOFFI KWhere do I start. After arriving to pickup my trailer, the wiring was completely frayed and the lights didn’t work, it delayed pickup by two hours while I sat to have it fixed. Then when all is said and done, my 785.00 dollar quote price ended up being charged to my credit card as 1074.40 so my credit card was then maxed and locked out, it was a horrible experience that 10/10 has made me no longer want to use U-Haul for any future moving needs. I’ve been a loyal customer for years and this caused my family stress, financial displacement, and many other negative emotions.

Toni DAs a single mother of six beautiful boys and one FAS warrior who all play junior football this trailer smelled like fish and burning metal. The individual who handed us the key had eyes full of hopelessness. This muthafuckin nigga had the audacity to record a video. My son has a severe fish allergy - diagnosed anaphylactic. One could understand our concern with the fishy smell. And it leaking blood everywhere all over the street.

Nicole GWent to drop off as per contract. Contract says to drop off on AJ Towing lot. Drove onto lot as gate was open. Female employee lost her mind. Waiving wrench at us. Told us we could not return the trailer here. Was shown the contract then said she did recall it would be coming. Made us back out of the lot into a street instead of turning around in the lot. The lot was where all the other UHaul trailers were sitting. Was very rude and may have been under the influence.
