I WAS CHARGED TWICE FOR NO REASON! My initial payment was 85 dollars they charged me again for 95 dollars ! I need to speak to someone!! This is ridiculous!

When guests inquire needing a ramp make sure the guest has measurements to ensure the ramp is wide enough. I rented a truck specifically for the ramp and was unable to use it because it wasn't wide enough.

Every customer service agent I dealt with was pleasant, helpful, and expeditious. I especially received great customer service from Minnie from the Torrance location, PCH& Hawthorne Blvd. she is a great asset to your company and I wish all customer service agents were like her.

It needs to be clearer up front in the return instructions they print out for customers that you absolutely cannot in no way park on Rosecrans Ave right in front of their shop when doing an afterhours return. It wasn't until after I had checked the vehicle in through the app that I found that out, since their instructions only said "follow applicable parking laws" and at the time of return it was legal to park on Rosecrans Ave.

Customer service was sluggish (although the people were nice). During pickup the forklift operator dropped the trailer twice on it's tongue while trying to maneuver the trailer. The trailer was dented in numerous places, and the left fender was bent so badly that it would gently rub the trailer tire under load, a potential hazard for the long 3,000 mile trip I had to make.

the location is EXTREMELY cramped. I am already proficient at driving a vehicle + trailer and other large trucks, but anyone new to those thing (like most uhaul customers) would have a very difficult time maneuvering in their space.

I don't usually like to leave negative reviews, but I must say that the Manager, a lady didnt get her name, was extreemly rude when we had to go back the next morning for an issue. I am sorry to say that for that reason I would not recommend this location. I understand we all have bad days, but it does not excuse her behavior. Very very bad customer service.

We booked a 20 ft several weeks before our move. We get a call 2 days before the move that they didn't have a truck for us and wanted to upgrade us to 26 ft. We live in an apartment by the beach with no parking. It was very stressful not knowing if we were going to have a truck to fit our needs. You shouldn't allow people to book trucks you don't have.

make sure to check your equipment before renting it to a customer. if there are issues like lights out or brake lights that are not working then its a faulty rental. these things only contribute to a bad experience with this location as the unreliability is a large part of moving with all the uncertainties to come.

I rented a 10' from u guys on 8/17/2020 .The lady that help me that morning was nice and the other lady when I drop it off was nic she ask did I gas it up I sad yes did I clean it out I said u with bleach and water so getting to my problem. My son left hie wallet in the truck . Do I call back on the 18 /8/2020 and ask about the wallet and my son went back up the and there was a young man there he said a lady rented it and she was going out of town with it so I ask can u get in touch with her he said she said she found it was going to have some one to bring it in and they will call me all day we waited nothing this place don't seem like they care about there customers they just want money. Desperate seeking Susan wants my son wallet back that's it .

The truck we reserved was “guaranteed”. We got a call 15 min before we were supposed to pick it up that it would not be ready for 3 hours. When we arrived they told us we were supposed to go to another location. We were never told this. After the 3 hour delay we were given a truck that worked great BUT we have not yet received the $50 we are due because the truck was not ready.

Have the customer's truck available for pickup at the preferred location, not one 35 miles away. That said, District Manager Mike Pulver is the epitome of an effective, congenial and problem solving executive. U Haul is lucky to have him in a such a complicated job. He provides great customer service while balancing the whims of truck availabilities, multiple locations and customers' demands.

The 26 foot truck was clean and only minor exterior and interior damage/dents. The egine sputtered and popped under load and I seriously thought it would die and leave me stranded in my 300-mile trek.

This location was fine but we originally booked at Torrance for 830 that morning and when we showed up the guy said he didn't have a truck for us so he called and the only other place that had a truck was this Rosecrans location. They only had a smaller 15 footer and I had to pay movers additional because I was an hour late on getting started because U-Haul messed up my reservation. This also meant that I had to do for trips and go over my miles which I then had to pay for because they only had a smaller truck for me. I didn't get any sort of compensation or even a heartfelt apology. Things like this can't happen when somebody is scheduling a move. Don't overbook your trucks and over promised to people so you don't ruin somebody's entire day and cost them hundreds of dollars. I will never be using U-Haul again.

I received a call from one of your reps saying that I would get a discount to drive the car back with 60 miles included. I got charged the full amount and when I disputed she said she meant the 60 miles was included in her calculation of her cost estimate but not actually included as a discount. She did not word it this way on the call. I ended up driving the car all the way back and paying for the extra miles and gas for no reason. She kept denying thay she ever mentioned the 60 miles but I feel wronged and lied to. She didnt apologize and told me its my fault for taking the offer. Incredibly rude and lying about her mistake. I will never use Uhaul again.

My only recommendation would be to alert the customers who want to use their own ball hitch, that your trailers require a smaller ball hitch. I drive a big truck that uses the larger ball hitch and I wasn't aware I need the smaller ball which will incur an additional rental charge.

Though we verify that the truck was in excellent condition, we experience not only one but two flat tires approximately 59 miles after we drove it. Luckily we had arrived at our destination but it was an inconvenience and delayed our schedule. Truck was not overload it so this should have not occurred. Tires should be checked more thorough. We have rented from UHAUL before and had not experienced this.

Make sure vehicles are clean and sanitized for the next customer, make sure if you do not have equipment that the customer is requesting customer service should know that before they book reservation so they can tell the customer not available at this time

Feedback to your online reservation. I made reservation to a neighborhood uhaul called starz auto in lawndale, CA and once I got there, they didn't have the truck available. Disappointed with the uhaul neighborhood service.

uhual called me and moved my appointment location. then called me the day before and changed the time. when i picked up the vehicle the steering wheel was down to the base foam and was disgusting.
