My main complaint is with the lack of important drop off instructions – namely, upon drop off, I delivered the truck back at the correct time and within the time that I said, I would return it by, but the gate to be able to drop off the truck securely and safely was locked, which forced me to take photos of the truck in the return process in the middle of the street to try to show what kind of condition the truck was in upon return. While I did have a heads up that the store itself would be closed by the time I returned, I was not informed that the gate to return the truck would also be closed, and that was a huge inconvenience in hassle.

Jacqueline FTruck made noises as if it was going to break down, had to push too far down for brakes to stop. Very old truck, u helpful argumentative attitude attitude. Long wait times even with prior reservations, Internet did not work which slowed down entire day!
