The pickup process was extremely inefficient. Mobile pickup is a complete joke. We had to go inside and wait for the representative to enter things into the computer and send text messages to our phones, then take our own photos of the vehicle and check the mileage (which was wrong) and plates ourselves. We were into and out of the store multiple times, and the whole pickup process took 30 minutes. In a world where one can walk up to a rental vehicle at an airport and drive off with a simple 1-minute odometer and ID check at the exit, this is ridiculous. Not eager to rent with U-Haul again after this experience. Good luck, because others will not put up with this either.
