Extremely difficult payment process. We wanted to pay with the card used to make the reservation, which was in the system and had previously been approved via the website. They required that the card be physically present. This was a business rental, made by the office and we did not have the actual card. It took 1.5 hours to work everything out. Very frustrating and time consuming.
