EDWARD MWent to a different location first as that's what my reservation was listed as. Drove there and the business was closed with no drop box in site. I should receive a notification when my location is modified, not have to discover it once I'm already there. The app would only show the location for a split second before switching to the drop off info. I was forced to take a quick screenshot to realize my location had been moved.
Jose CFourth time renting from this location within the past year. Great staff. Trucks, vans and box trucks are always in clean condition.
