Well, I had an emergency where my car broke down so I had to rent a U-Haul. All you guys had was a box truck and I only needed it to go back but U-Haul wouldn't let me rent it for just one day and charge me almost $400. I still return it the truck between one day. Wish you guys wouldn't charge an extra day for something that I didn't need

Goitom TMy main complaint is with the lack of important drop off instructions – namely, upon drop off, I delivered the truck back at the correct time and within the time that I said, I would return it by, but the gate to be able to drop off the truck securely and safely was locked, which forced me to take photos of the truck in the return process in the middle of the street to try to show what kind of condition the truck was in upon return. While I did have a heads up that the store itself would be closed by the time I returned, I was not informed that the gate to return the truck would also be closed, and that was a huge inconvenience in hassle.
