I was over charged for an extra day that was incorrect a charged for insurance when I protons full coverage her progressive auto insurance. I’ve been calling since Saturday when I recognize these extra charges and I have yet to be refunded or receive a phone call back from uhaul.com.

Ridiculous that I can't even get my cash refund because I had to pay in cash and I'm a truck driver and won't get that check for a couple a weeks because I won't be home... I payed in cash I should get my cash refund deposit but instead I'm getting a check in tue mail and I won't be home to get it.

The truck supplied had check engine light on. I was told haven't had an issue with it. If it breaks down call road side. I did not have time for that risk amd should not have been the solution. I asked for a different truck and later found out because I got a different truck, my rate of 0.79 per mile was not honored. The amount of gas recorded for truck was a lot higher then what was actually in the truck. I was just handed key to new truck and nothing was recorded before I left. It is not my fault I was given a truck with engine light on and should have honored my pricing on the new truck.

The cargo ban clearly states $19.95/day. I rented this cargo for the days to pick up toy drive boxes for a local childrens hospital. I just dropped the van off and they charged me $89/day…$348.34 total without any notice. Fire hand. The local representative called into corporate and they rep was completely rude.
To post $19.95/day in large green font is completely misleading and false advertisement!!!

They did not have enough Dollie's or any furniture pads even though it was part of my reservation made far in advance. As it was a Saturday pick up we could not go to other locations. This happened at a lot of uhauls and ample stock of these should not be an issue.
