My first reservation was for a cargo van. I found out the day before that this location sold their cargo vans yet they have two signs on their property saying that they rent cargo vans. The system also allowed me to make the reservation. They were going to try to give me a 15 foot truck vice that 9 foot cargo van and I canceled the reservation. I then had to go 60 miles away to get a new one. I rented another 10 foot from this location, the engine light was on. The towing light was on and the air conditioner did not work. It was 90° and the worst experience I've had with U-Haul. When I got my receipt I found that they charged me for gas of about $30 when I had already filled it up to the level that they gave to me. This location is the most convenient, but I am considering not going back.

The truck was dirty, they gave me the wrong truck and now my bill is messed up!
Wallace sCalled days ahead to confirm pick up could occur prior to business hours and was assured that would be possible through the app. Arrived at my scheduled pickup and was not able to complete pickup due to location not putting out the key. Lost 90 mins while waiting on U-Haul customer service to become available and for someone to arrive to find the key, all in the rain. Extremely dissatisfied in the U-Haul experience and will consider other rental companies for next move.
Zachary RI was charged for an extra 2 gallons of gas that I take exception to after refiiling just prior to dropping off.
William YCheck-in and return service was quick and easy. Interior of box was clean, but the interior of cab had not been cleaned since previous client. Interior of cab smelled like a smoking room in a cheap motel!
