Signage was not clear. Drop off is in the far back of the parking lot; not the vape shop. Nice enough representative.

This is the second time I’ve schedule a uhaul at this location, come to pick it up on time, and found it wasn’t available until much later. I ended up having to go to another location. I’ll be checking my bank to ensure I get the $50 your website states you will reimburse for the trouble.
