Called days ahead to confirm pick up could occur prior to business hours and was assured that would be possible through the app. Arrived at my scheduled pickup and was not able to complete pickup due to location not putting out the key. Lost 90 mins while waiting on U-Haul customer service to become available and for someone to arrive to find the key, all in the rain. Extremely dissatisfied in the U-Haul experience and will consider other rental companies for next move.
Zachary RI was charged for an extra 2 gallons of gas that I take exception to after refiiling just prior to dropping off.
William YCheck-in and return service was quick and easy. Interior of box was clean, but the interior of cab had not been cleaned since previous client. Interior of cab smelled like a smoking room in a cheap motel!
