Was a really smooth check in. The young lady that helped us was very helpful and did her job well.
Stansford SRidiculous that I can't even get my cash refund because I had to pay in cash and I'm a truck driver and won't get that check for a couple a weeks because I won't be home... I payed in cash I should get my cash refund deposit but instead I'm getting a check in tue mail and I won't be home to get it.
BILLY RThe truck supplied had check engine light on. I was told haven't had an issue with it. If it breaks down call road side. I did not have time for that risk amd should not have been the solution. I asked for a different truck and later found out because I got a different truck, my rate of 0.79 per mile was not honored. The amount of gas recorded for truck was a lot higher then what was actually in the truck. I was just handed key to new truck and nothing was recorded before I left. It is not my fault I was given a truck with engine light on and should have honored my pricing on the new truck.
