Donna OI think Uhaul was really the problem. My reservation was moved from one location to another without notification. I never received the preemptive emails that would have made pick up smoother. It was hard to get anyone on the phone and the location wasn't prepared to handle Uhaul.com questions. The app wasn't functioning properly and crashed as I was trying to end my reservation.

Jorge LI was very disappointed with this transaction I book it online at atlantic ave in brooklyn which was not accessible them i had to go to utica ave in brooklyn they han no vehicle there then I was told to go to bushwick ave all that running around I lost two hours of delivery time I am very disappointed
AARON GI originally rented from the King Hwy location in Brooklyn for pick up. They changed my pick up location which I didn't appreciate. It cost me more money to get to the new location.

RONALD MEverything was great, but the employees will come up and talk to the person that taking care of you and then they make a mistake on you by trying to listen to two people so they should only deal with one person at a time
David WVan was dirty… Kept getting a “door ajar” message, even when I took time to check all doors… Location made me wait while they refilled coffee cups for their dispenser… Filled tank and was charged for below start level… Got calls and email stating that I hadn’t turned van in on time… The location sucks! Workers are not good communicators!

GRACE LMy initial appointment was at U-Haul on Atlantic Avenue and at the last minute they relocated my pickup location to 1610 Bushwick ave which was 20 more minutes away, the van that they gave me had a broken left blinker and broken left brake light and also there was no large hand truck available as I reserved in my initial reservation.Not a good experience.

JUAN CReserved truck, dollies, hand trucks and blankets two weeks in advance for a move. Got to location and nothing reserved was available. Had four movers waiting and had to get smaller truck and movers worked overtime, doubling the initial moving budget. Location and business had horrendous service and overall quality.
STUART LNext don’t do not lie about the U-Haul being 19.95$ when I was over charged about 142$ just for 5hrs so this was a horrible experience, you guys lied to people about the hourly rent, very disappointed.
CARLOS MKeep the trucks well maintain where they do not shut off and call hazardous while driving and shutting off in the middle of driving on the highway, which made me feel very unsafe as if though I was gonna have a collision and being ran from behind, I understand, the truck has a governor on it before to hit a bump and then all The dashboard lights come on as far as the gas light came on ABS lights came on the engine light stayed on the whole time it cut off twice. Every bump that I hit had to be at least 10 of them that I hit in the truck went from 45 miles an hour down to 15 which frighten me terribly. I would like to get someone’s response to what has occurred in my moving and it was totally uncomfortable and very frightening and scary with that thank you.

JOSE SVery different from pick up location, this is in a gas station, no signs (went in as many u-haul trucks were parked there), staff was taking care of another customer and waved at me asking for the key and that was it. Said “check your email” and off I went. They charged me for two gallons of gas when I returned the truck with more than what I received it with.
DIEGO FThe first truck I had had a flat had to put air and return and pick up another truck and wait. It was very inconvenient to me at my time.
ELDY PTruck was old and ratty looking with graffiti all over the passenger side, had a cracked passenger mirror, it had a sticker on the driver side of the windshield that had to be removed because it blocked the view. This was the worst uhaul experience I have ever had.. Stay away from this location.

CALVIN LU-haul changed my drop off reservation to this location without notice, which was 40 minutes from my original location and much further than many other options available. The location itself was disorganized and difficult to find a place to park the u-haul. The staff were very helpful though, so they did make the experience slightly better.
MADISON SLocation had parking available and gas on site. Late drop off is accommodated. I will rent from this location again
ROBERT Git was so bad. my reservation wasn't there when I arrived and took over an hour plus multiple customer service helpline phone calls, plus immense stress including me almost having a panic attack to sort it out. and when i say sort it out, i still never got what i reserved. I had to use a cargo van which was smaller than what I needed which meant my move started way later than I planned and also took way longer because we had to do multiple trips. it was honestly kind of a moving day nightmare, and I'm just glad it's over now.

Errold BStore employees were very nice and efficient, but the equipment was old and in bad shape. Fenders were bent, the strap wrenches were either broken and falling apart. Overall the service was great and I was able to complete my trip with the equipment.

DONALD CThe batteries in these trucks gave me multiple issues and ended up costing me money and time. I’ve rented two trucks in the last month. I had to call roadside assistance 4 separate times to have the battery jumped or changed. Awful experience. I will likely not rent from this location again if I am not compensated properly.
