The person working was very confused and acted with no urgency when we had been there for 2 hours waiting to get our reserved van. Then upon drop off they tried to charge us for a cleaning fee when we showed photos that showed it was already dirty when we picked it up
Lucy GI reserved a 15ft truck and the day before, my reservation was changed to a 20ft truck and a different pick up time, with no warning or call. Then when I arrived to pick up the truck, it had been mistakenly given to someone else and so I had to take a 26ft truck. I did pay the original price I had booked for but luckily my bf knows how to drive a truck that big, otherwise I would’ve been without a truck.
