My return was not processed at the time of the return but later which meant I had to dispute an Extra Day charge. It was also not clear about where to go for the return counter, which was inside a gas station located behind the actually address provided by UHaul.

The truck i reserve was not available and app was not working
Jimmy CWhen returning vehicle, it should be checked for cleanliness upon return and not tell customer it's ok, you will not get charged a cleaning fee but you charge them later. I cleaned the truck when I return it, store rep refuse to come out and check it, says it's good, then when I received my receipt on line, I am charged a $50 cleaning fee. I am sure I am not the only one they do this to, scamming the customer!
