attendant was very distracted. So much so she had me running around asking employees for keys and it was there in front of her all along. Also the pricing is deceptive ! why do you tax twice on charges ? Hold the initial charges then charge once the total is sure

The pickup location was great and easy to get to. The truck however is a different story. Dirty, broken in so many places. It had a sticker saying 3x 12 volt outlets, but all three were missing from the dash, just holes. The air conditioning vents were all Broken, the cupholders were disgusting, caked with dirt. Paneling in the interior was missing. The seats looked like old hide, and one of the seat belts couldn’t latch.
