The man that work there are not attentive..I had to call them to me..and they don't know how to speak to people..one guy told the customer...what..what do you want..it was how he said it..disrespectful..he made me upset.

NELSON AI was overcharged by u-haul. It was a nightmare. I didn’t fight the fact that I brought the trailer back to a different location other than 1610 Bushwick Avenue. The website when I initially rented the trailer allowed me to put in that I was returning the trailer to a different location other than where I picked it up. Would it make a difference if I told the clerk the trailer is being returned up-state?. All I am asking for is to be charged the cost it be for renting the trailer and returning at a different location.
