How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe cabin was DISGUSTING DIRTY STINK. Cigarette butts spilled liquids. Simple wipe downs are obviously NOT happening. Definitely NOT going back and will NEVER suggest someone goes there.
Stephanie LGreat truck, great customer service, will definitely use in the future
rafael aI really liked it, but you need to check the cigarette lighter socket. I wanted to plug in my phone, but it didn't work.
ABOUBACAR CWe made a reservation online for 4:30 pm. I expected a slight delay of 10 minutes in receiving our truck due to the natural nature of the store being busy or there being a line prior to us. As we came to the counter, we were told there were no more trucks for the evening due to U-Haul over-scheduling vans. Of course, this was a shock to me, and I was very upset because then what is the point of making a reservation? The attendant then told us he was able to pull a van out of thin air if we were able to wait 30 minutes. By the end, I was happy we were able to receive our van, but if you are on a time constraint, I wouldn't suggest booking!
