Very poor customer service at this location. The person that handles u-Haul services is almost never at the desk and long wait time for someone to show. Once that person is there he gives an attitude and question my reservation and payment method even though it's already in the app and pressing me to pay at the store instead of the app. Even though they had several trucks on the lot I was given the one with scratches, graffities and poorly maintained. I try to avoid this location as much as I can.
