Very unsafe environment and terrible customer service. The employees were not helpful at all, and communication was extremely difficult. The manager I spoke with over the phone was rude and dishonest. He checked my truck in and out in less than 10 minutes, then told me the truck was out of service. Despite the truck being unusable, he refused to issue a refund. On top of that, the app showed a charge of $62, but my card was charged $72. After telling me the truck was out of order, he made no effort to help me find another truck or explain what my options were. Instead, he simply told me to call customer service. When I called customer service, they informed me that the manager should have handled the refund himself. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. I will never book with this company again. If you’re looking for good customer service, look elsewhere.
