It’s only average because we returned the truck early and don’t receive a credit due the early return. They told us we have to go to the main location.

I didn't know where to park the vehicle but an associate parked it for me
EVAN FWe've used uhaul for our company for years to do our events for non-profits organizations and schools. We have never been charged more than what we were quoted and do not understand why we were charged more. We didn't go over our mileage and we put the amount of gas that was already in it. We didn't damage it. We used it for less than 30 miles and was charged more than we have been with places where we've picked up which were a further distance away. We will not be returning to this site.
Heather LI dropped off trailer two days early but it was never checked in at return site. Had to make a second trip to get it straight. Otherwise, very nice staff.
DAVID GTires were out of balance and over 70 psi in each tire . Tire max press is 65. Trailer bounced down the ride…. Terrible pulling experience.
Richard FThe trailer had a bad tire and a light out. The location was notified and all they said was to call roadside assistance. Worst experience ever and I will not use U-Haul again.
ZACHARY MThe drop of location was in convenient no place to park the truck a car dolly. I had to park it on the street. The guy tried to tell me to pull the truck around to the lot across the street. I told him to donit himself. I was already inconvenienced enough. The guy was nice. Maybe rating this location with a generous C.

MARY BI didn’t not receive the correct truck therefore I wasn’t recorded for the correct amount of miles! I drove 18 miles and was charged for 45! I called the number Karry told me to call and have yet to speak to anyone.

PETER JHole in top of my Uhaul, most of my belongings were wet and muddy upon arrival. Less than a 1/4 tank, no windshield washer fluid. $366 is ridiculous for a rental. I was promised an appliance dolly and there were none left when I went for pickup.
Tiffany WI was extremely disappointed that I had to rent a 10ft. box truck for such a very small load. I was told Uhaul does not carry vans any more, which would have been a much better fit for just a chest of drawers!

Antonio WOnline on U-Haul it said 55$ and I was charged 80$ for some reason hard to pull the u haul in and out not very professional people either

Timothy MThe parking lot isn't at all big enough for the hook up on the 20 foot truck. Too many trucks were there to park the trailer so I had to un hook the trailer in the middle of the small patch of gravel they use. It was absolutely ridiculous and they may try to charge me for that as it wasn't feasable to be able to be parked aligned to all other trailers. Parking lot way too tight on both sections for large rig.

HOPE CI couldn’t rent my truck for longer because ‘another family is picking it up’ but when I dropped off there were three other trucks the same size available and I had to wait past the supposed other persons pick up time for a ride home and no one picked it up. Seems like a way for them to charge for a whole extra day without renting the equipment for a whole 24 hours. Very inconvenient.

JOHN MThey were great at this location. However I had placed a reservation on line at a different location and I could not check in on line. It would not verify my location as I was standing next to the u haul truck. So I went to a different location .
Bruce YThe only issue with this location is it's too crowded. There's no place to pull in to return a rental. We had to park in the city street after circling the block and even calling them about where to park.

Denis PThere were multiple places where the rentals were located but the specialist inside of ASAP Auto and Storage was beyond helpful. Be aware, if you use certain cards, there is a $100 deposit.
Ashton PThere was less than a quarter tank of gas in the truck I went 40 miles and put in 15 dollars in gas, I was then charged almost 15 dollars by them for 2 gallons of gas. So all together I put $30 worth of gas to go 40 miles. I would not recommend using there trucks when there is nobody available because apparently they just charge whatever they want I was definitely over charged
