When you reserve a truck almost 2 months ahead of time it would be nice for it to be there when you arrive to pick it up on time. If it’s not there you could at least make a phone call to try and locate it or make an arrangement for another truck. Never again.

Mark TI booked online and selected a dozen moving blankets but when I got there I was told none were available. I believe that should have been told to me when I booked the truck not when I’m there to pick it up.
