Also provide a WARNING or DISCLAIMER if you cannot return a truck to a different destination than where it was picked up. Due to this location’s failures to secure and leave Uboxes unlocked and ready for me, I had to leave my stuff in the truck I rented. When I inquired from corporate (because location wasnt available) they informed me the location owned the truck and I would be charged extra so they can get their truck back. As a customer, why would I know that?! Location failed at fulfilling by order of the uboxes, they closed at 12 pm july 3 and were unavailable all holiday weekend. I had made a call on july 2 to make sure everything was in order. They still failed. Which forced me to keep my stuff in their truck I rented. There is no answering service for the location either. And not all workers are familiar with the uhaul operation. When I did call ahead july 1-2, the worker said I had to call back when the guy who knows about uhaul would be there. Bad look for uhaul. Ive warned everyone i know to avoid asap auto for their needs.

Couldn't find the number I was given after searching 3 lots they changed the paperwork which is fine then the lights wouldn't work they changed the plug in several times and asked if I cared they worked or not I said Idc really only going 12miles I was told to have it back by 2pm Saturday just drop it off and go no body would be there I got a phone call today around 430pm on the following Monday asking where the car hauler was I said at the location I picked it up from I said it was back by 1pm Saturday afternoon I said what's the problem she said nothing right now but if I call back expect a problem OK its now 7pm Monday night just received an email from haul I'm guessing they found there car hauler maybe maybe not idk ive did what I was supposed to do good luck on finding it if its lost I mean anyone can back right up to any trailer in there lot and take off cause there not locked in or even gated at that never seen a camera at all on any of the 3 lots I was on im guessing there's more lots cause we never found the trailer I was supposed to have gotten I still give them a 5 star rating it was easy fast and painless for me very nice people didnt feel outta place in there environment it was a great visit even with all that happened lol take care good luck on yall visit
